by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
if any listed terms are breached, or theft of work is done against myself, the artist, i have the right to pursue damages through the copyright law of the European Union.
i reserve the right to refuse a commission from anyone, for any reason, and do not need to specify why a certain commission was denied.
these terms are subject to change, so please be aware of changes to these terms being applied in the future.
UPON RECEIVING A COMMISSION
the client MAY:
Use the artwork for personal use (profile pictures, banners, etc.)
Upload the artwork to private galleries with proper credit (imgur, toyhou.se, etc.)
the client MAY NOT:
Remove or edit out my watermark.
Trace, copy, or make bases out of my artwork.
Claim the work as their own, regardless of edited status.
Use the artwork for AI or NFT
Commercial use will be a 50% of the base price
Payments and refunds:
Payments will be done with PAYPAL ONLY
Payments will be in either EUR or USD
50/50 payment (50% after confirmed rough sketch and 50% after delivery) Refunds won't be possible after delivery
Full refund if I won't be able to complete the commission
More complicated designs will cost more than the base price

I do: Light gore, humanoids, furries, nsfw (client must be 18+)
I DON'T do: Heavy gore, mecha
